ACTUALLY COSTS
Most installers won't put a number on a page. You call, describe your living room, and get a range. Here's ours in full — the install price for every TV size, every option, and what each one is for. You'll know the total before anyone knocks on your door.
The Installation
Per TV. Includes level mounting, cable tidying, taking the box and packaging away with us — and a lifetime warranty on the work.
75″ and up takes two people to lift: lend a hand at no charge, or we bring a second installer for $75 per visit.
Why we price by size — and what you get for it
A bigger TV takes more care. It's heavier, a wider screen is less forgiving to get perfectly level, and from 75″ up it takes two people to lift onto the mount safely. So we price the install in three simple steps and publish all three, instead of quoting you a range on the phone.
The wall still doesn't change the price. Whether the studs are wood or steel, whether there's plaster and lath over them, whether it's brick that needs a hammer drill and masonry anchors — those are normal Chicago walls and they're included. Tile is the one exception, at $50 per TV, because it genuinely destroys drill bits.
Guaranteed for life
Every install carries a lifetime warranty. If a TV we mounted ever comes loose, sags or goes off level, we come back and fix it free, for as long as you own the TV in the home where we installed it. Mounts we supply are covered too. It doesn't cover the TV itself, a TV someone else has moved or re-hung, or damage from pulling, climbing or accidents — the full terms are here.
Insured, with the paperwork to prove it
We carry general liability insurance and will send a certificate on request, made out to you, your landlord or your building. Chicago buildings ask for one all the time, so it's a routine request, not an awkward one.

So what will I actually pay?
You bought a 50″ TV and a mount from Costco
You pay $100. We use your mount, hang it level, tidy the cables, take the box away.
You've got a 65″ TV, need a mount, want the wires hidden
$125 install, $50 tilting mount, $60 in-wall concealment — $235, and nothing visible on the wall.
New 65″ TV above the fireplace with a soundbar
$125 install, $100 full-motion mount, $60 soundbar — $285. If it's a proper mantel with a pull-down mount, see below.
A 75″ or 85″ TV on its own mount
$150 install — $150 if you lend a hand with the lift, or $225 with a second installer. Add a full-motion mount and it's $250 (or $325).
Samsung Frame, done properly
For a 55″ Frame: $100 install plus the $400 recessed box option — $500 all in, box included (a 65″ Frame is $525). You can supply your own Legrand On-Q enclosure and pay $350 plus whatever it costs you, though when we bring it we've already confirmed it fits.
Above a fireplace: MantelMount
A TV over a mantel sits too high to watch comfortably. A MantelMount pulls it down and out to eye level, then swings it back flush when you're done. We're an authorized dealer, so we supply the mount and bring it with us.

MantelMount run sales fairly often. Those are their retail prices as of August 2026 and we'll confirm the current number with your quote rather than quietly pocketing the difference.
No wall? The Pillar Mount
Chicago lofts love their exposed columns, and sometimes the only sensible place for the TV is on one. A flat wall bracket isn't built for that, so we make a pillar-compatible mount by hand for exactly this job.

What we don't charge for
No travel fee anywhere in our service area — the Loop and Winnetka pay the same. No fuel surcharge. No charge for hauling the box and packaging away. No weekend rate. No “difficult wall” surcharge for plaster, metal studs or brick, which are all normal Chicago walls and all included.
Tile is our one exception, at $50 per TV, and we'd rather tell you now than on the day. It's not a difficulty fee — tile genuinely destroys drill bits, and that cost is real. Everything else about the wall is included.
The only things that cost more are the options above, and you pick those before we start. Nothing gets added once we're in your living room — and nothing for coming back, either: if a TV we mounted ever needs re-leveling or re-securing, the lifetime warranty covers it.
