Our services

TV Install Chicago provides flat-rate TV mounting and related home entertainment installation services, including single and dual TV mounting, wire concealment, soundbar installation, fireplace mounts, and full media setups, throughout the Chicagoland area.

Booking and scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We'll confirm your appointment date and time by phone, text, or email. Please provide accurate contact and address information so we can reach you and locate the job site.

Pricing and payment

Pricing is flat-rate and based on the service selected. Any additional work identified on-site (e.g., unexpected wiring complexity, additional mounting hardware needed) will be discussed and quoted before we proceed.

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of booking.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We understand plans change. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel — you can reply to any appointment reminder text, call, or email us directly. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling availability.

Your responsibilities

To help your installation go smoothly, please ensure:

• Clear access to the installation area at the scheduled appointment time
• Any TVs, mounts, or components you're supplying are on-site and ready
• You've disclosed anything relevant about your walls (known issues with studs, plaster, brick, tile, unusual materials, etc.) that you're aware of
• Fragile or valuable items near the work area are moved or protected in advance

Liability and damage

We take care and follow standard industry practices on every job. However, TV mounting involves working with walls and existing structures whose internal condition (stud placement, wiring, plumbing, material composition) cannot always be fully known in advance. Because of this:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions in your walls, wiring, or property that are discovered during installation
• We will inform you promptly of any unexpected issues found during the job and discuss options before proceeding
• Our liability for any direct damage caused by our work is limited to the cost of the service performed, except where caused by our gross negligence
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Workmanship warranty

We stand behind our installation work. If a mount or installation fails due to our workmanship within a reasonable period after the job, contact us and we'll make it right. This warranty covers our installation labor and does not cover customer-supplied hardware, TVs, or components, or damage caused after installation by factors outside our control.

Photos and media

We may take before/after photos of completed work for our own records and quality purposes. We will not publicly share photos identifying your home or property without your permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
