# TV Install Chicago

Owner-operated by Lance Lee. Service area is the city of Chicago (all 77
community areas) plus the northern suburbs from Norridge up to Lake Forest.

## Pricing

- TV mounting, per TV, by screen size: $100 up to 55"; $125 for 56"–74";
  $150 for 75" and up. Customer's mount or ours (fixed or tilting +$50,
  full motion +$100). Wire concealment from $35. Full list:

- TVs 75" and up: no charge if the customer helps with the lift, or +$75 per
  visit for a second installer.
- Tile wall: +$50 per TV (the only wall surcharge). No travel fee.
- Lifetime install warranty: if a TV they mounted ever comes loose, sags or
  goes off level, they come back and fix it free, for as long as the customer
  owns the TV in that home. Mounts they supply are covered too. Terms:

- Insured (general liability); certificate of insurance on request.
- Shelf and picture hanging, furniture assembly: $80/hour.
- Service calls, camera installs, Ubiquiti networking: quoted per job.
- Managed digital signage: one-time display and BrightSign setup plus an ongoing
  content-management plan, custom quoted by screen count and update cadence.

is confirmed by the business.
